SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for choosing Sugareina. We strive to deliver our premium silk treasures to you as swiftly and securely as possible.
1. PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATED DELIVERY
We offer reliable shipping options to ensure your accessories arrive in perfect condition:
Standard Shipping (Orders over $35.00): FREE (7–12 business days)
Standard Shipping (Orders under $35.00): $7 Flat Rate (7–12 business days)
Priority Shipping: $15.00 (3–5 business days)
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier delays.
3. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
4. WRONG ADDRESS & UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Sugareina is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as "Unclaimed" or "Undeliverable," a reshipping fee may apply.
5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
For international orders outside of the United States, Sugareina is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund Policy and contact our concierge at sugareina666@gmail.com within 10 days.
