Refund policy

1. HYGIENE & ELIGIBILITY
Due to hygiene and safety standards, hair accessories (including silk scrunchies, headbands, and clips)
must be returned in their original, and unused condition. For health reasons, we cannot accept returns
for any items that have been worn or removed from their original packaging.

2. FLEXIBLE RETURN OPTIONS
As we strive to reduce our environmental footprint and save you high shipping costs, we offer the
following options for returns:

Option A: Hassle-Free Store Credit (Recommended)
If the item's value is under $35, we offer a full refund in Store Credit. You do not need to ship the
original item back to us, saving you the $7 return fee and the trip to the post office. We encourage
you to gift the original item to a friend or donate it!

Option B: Standard Refund to Original Payment Method
If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, a flat fee of $7.00 will be deducted from
your refund amount to cover return shipping and processing fees.

3. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you received a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us at sugareina666@gmail.com
within 10 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a
full refund or a free replacement immediately.

4. FINAL SALE
Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
